By accessing our website, purchasing a product, creating a profile, activating an NFC/QR product, uploading content, or using any Parichy service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

 

1. About Parichy

Parichy provides digital identity, NFC, QR, and smart profile solutions for individuals, professionals, businesses, shops, restaurants, service providers, and organizations.

Our services may include:

  • NFC business cards

  • QR profile cards

  • Dynamic switching profile cards

  • WhatsApp Store NFC cards

  • Individual profession-based NFC cards

  • Corporate dual profile cards

  • Business profile QR pages

  • Bio links pages

  • vCard profiles

  • Product catalogues

  • Restaurant menu QR pages

  • Lead forms

  • Review QR pages

  • File sharing QR profiles

  • Resume QR profiles

  • Event QR profiles

  • QR customization tools

  • Analytics and visitor tracking

  • Ecommerce sale of physical and digital products

Parichy operates through different platforms including Parichy.com, admin.parichy.com, and vcard.parichy.com.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using Parichy services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized organization.

  • The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

  • You will use Parichy services only for lawful purposes.

If you are using Parichy on behalf of a company, business, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

 

 

3. Account Registration

Some Parichy services may require account registration or backend access.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities performed through your account.

  • Updating your account and profile information.

  • Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Parichy will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

 

 

4. Product and Service Categories

Parichy may offer physical, digital, and hybrid products, including:

  • NFC cards

  • NFC keychains

  • NFC pop-ups

  • NFC thin tag stickers

  • Tabletop standees

  • Paper and fabric tag stickers

  • QR profile products

  • WhatsApp Store cards

  • Dynamic Switch cards

  • Corporate dual profile cards

  • Individual professional profile cards

  • Custom-shaped QR cards

  • Subscription-based digital profile services

Product availability, features, pricing, and specifications may change from time to time.

 

 

5. NFC and QR Product Usage

Parichy NFC and QR products are designed to redirect users to digital profiles, links, stores, forms, catalogues, menus, review pages, or other configured destinations.

You understand and agree that:

  • NFC and QR functionality depends on device compatibility, browser settings, internet availability, and third-party platform behavior.

  • Some smartphones may require NFC to be enabled manually.

  • QR scanning depends on camera quality, lighting, print quality, and scanner app compatibility.

  • Parichy is not responsible if a third-party app, browser, phone manufacturer, operating system, or external platform restricts NFC/QR functionality.

  • Physical wear, scratches, bending, damage, or misuse may affect scanning performance.

 

 

6. Dynamic QR and Dynamic Switching Profiles

Certain Parichy products allow users to change or switch the destination profile connected to a single NFC/QR product.

Dynamic switching may include profile types such as:

  • Landing page

  • Business profile

  • Bio links

  • Product catalogue

  • Lead form

  • App showcase

  • Google review

  • Resume

  • File share

  • Event profile

  • WhatsApp profile or store

  • Other available QR profile types

You are responsible for selecting the correct active profile and ensuring the information displayed is accurate and lawful.

Parichy may update, modify, limit, or remove certain profile types, templates, or backend features based on platform changes, technical requirements, security reasons, or business decisions.

 

 

7. User-Generated Content

Parichy allows users to create and publish content through digital profiles, vCards, QR pages, catalogues, menus, forms, review pages, stores, and file-sharing tools.

User-generated content may include:

  • Names

  • Photos

  • Logos

  • Business details

  • Product images

  • Videos

  • Documents

  • Files

  • Website links

  • Social media links

  • Menus

  • Product catalogues

  • Descriptions

  • Reviews

  • Forms

  • Custom code

  • Portfolio details

  • Event information

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Parichy a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, and technically manage such content for the purpose of providing services.

 

8. Content Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content uploaded, published, shared, or displayed through your Parichy account or profile.

You agree not to upload, publish, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Contains abusive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or threatening material

  • Promotes violence, terrorism, exploitation, or illegal activity

  • Contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or phishing links

  • Impersonates another person, company, or brand

  • Misuses government, financial, medical, or legal information

  • Violates privacy rights of any person

  • Contains unauthorized personal data

  • Promotes spam or unauthorized marketing

  • Violates applicable laws or platform policies

India’s IT intermediary framework requires platforms to observe due diligence for unlawful third-party content, and intermediary protection may depend on following such due diligence obligations. 

Parichy may remove, disable, restrict, or suspend any content or account that violates these Terms or applicable law.

 

9. Custom Code Usage

Some Parichy profiles may support custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, tracking codes, pixels, or third-party scripts.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for all custom code added by you.

  • You must not add malicious code, tracking without consent, phishing scripts, redirects, or harmful scripts.

  • Custom code must not interfere with Parichy’s platform, servers, users, or security.

  • Parichy may disable or remove custom code if it affects platform safety, performance, user privacy, or legal compliance.

 

10. Lead Forms, Customer Data, and Inquiries

Parichy may provide lead forms, contact forms, appointment forms, feedback forms, and inquiry forms.

If you collect customer data using Parichy forms, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for how you use the submitted data.

  • You must collect only necessary information.

  • You must not misuse, sell, spam, or illegally share customer data.

  • You must comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

  • You must clearly communicate your own business terms, refund policies, and contact process where applicable.

Parichy may technically store and route form submissions to your selected email or backend account but is not responsible for your misuse of customer-submitted information.

 

11. WhatsApp Storefront Terms

Parichy WhatsApp Storefronts allow businesses to display products, categories, banners, prices, and ordering options that may redirect customers to WhatsApp.

You understand and agree that:

  • Parichy does not guarantee sales, orders, leads, or customer conversion.

  • Orders placed through WhatsApp are between the store owner and the customer.

  • Store owners are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, delivery, warranty, refund, and customer support.

  • WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party platforms may have their own terms and policies.

  • Parichy is not responsible for WhatsApp account bans, delivery failures, message restrictions, or third-party platform changes.

 

12. Ecommerce Purchases

When you purchase products from Parichy.com, you agree to provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information.

All purchases are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order verification

  • Delivery serviceability

  • Customization requirements

  • Production timelines

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping terms

  • Refund and cancellation policy

Parichy may cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspicious activity, incomplete information, failed payment, or misuse.

For ecommerce transactions in India, consumer-facing ecommerce entities are expected to provide key information such as seller details, product information, refund/exchange terms, delivery details, and grievance redressal mechanisms under applicable ecommerce rules. 

 

13. Pricing and Payments

Product prices, subscription fees, customization charges, taxes, delivery charges, and renewal fees may be displayed on Parichy.com or communicated separately.

You agree that:

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing or service activation.

  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees may apply.

  • Parichy is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, UPI apps, cards, payment gateways, or third-party systems.

  • Invoices or receipts may be issued based on the details provided by you.

We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or OTPs.

 

14. Subscription, Renewal, and Digital Service Access

Some Parichy services may be subscription-based or require renewal to continue access to hosted profiles, analytics, dynamic QR features, custom domains, storage, or backend tools.

If applicable:

  • Subscription duration will be mentioned at the time of purchase or activation.

  • Renewal charges may apply after the validity period.

  • Failure to renew may result in limited access, deactivation, suspension, or removal of profile features.

  • Physical NFC/QR products may remain with the customer, but linked digital services may require active subscription.

  • Parichy may notify users before expiry, but it is the user’s responsibility to renew on time.

 

15. Customization, Printing, and Approval

For customized NFC cards, QR cards, stickers, keychains, standees, or printed products:

  • You must provide correct names, logos, QR details, colors, text, and design files.

  • Once artwork is approved or production begins, changes may not be possible.

  • Slight color variation may occur between screen preview and printed output.

  • Metal, PVC, acrylic, paper, fabric, and other materials may have different finishing results.

  • Parichy is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect details, low-quality logos, or wrong files provided by the customer after approval.

 

16. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customization requirements

  • Production workload

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Public holidays

  • Weather, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

Parichy will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeline but does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier partner, subject to applicable law and shipping policy.

 

17. Cancellation, Return, and Refund

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility will depend on the product/service type.

In general:

  • Customized, personalized, printed, engraved, activated, or digital products may not be eligible for return or refund once production or activation has started.

  • Non-custom products may be eligible for return only if clearly mentioned in the return policy.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within the specified claim period with photos/videos.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method.

  • Shipping charges, payment gateway charges, customization fees, or setup fees may be non-refundable.

A separate Refund & Cancellation Policy should be published on Parichy.com for detailed terms.

 

18. Appointment Booking and Calendar Features

Some vCard or professional profile services may include appointment booking, rescheduling, reminders, or inquiry features.

You agree that:

  • Appointment availability is controlled by the profile owner.

  • Parichy does not guarantee appointment confirmation, attendance, service quality, or professional outcome.

  • Professionals are responsible for honoring appointments, communicating changes, and managing their customers.

 

19. Review and Rating Features

Parichy may provide Google Review QR, Business Review QR, private feedback forms, rating filters, or redirection to review platforms.

You agree not to use review tools for:

  • Fake reviews

  • Review manipulation

  • Misleading redirection

  • Harassment

  • Defamation

  • Violation of Google, Meta, or third-party review policies

Parichy is not responsible for removal, rejection, moderation, or display of reviews by third-party platforms.

 

20. Analytics and Reporting

Parichy may provide analytics such as:

  • QR scans

  • NFC taps

  • Profile views

  • Visitor count

  • Device/browser details

  • Traffic source

  • Button clicks

  • Store visits

  • Form submissions

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only. Parichy does not guarantee complete accuracy, uninterrupted tracking, or business results based on analytics.

 

21. Third-Party Services and Links

Parichy profiles may include or redirect to third-party services such as:

  • WhatsApp

  • Google Maps

  • Google Reviews

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • YouTube

  • Payment gateways

  • Delivery providers

  • External websites

  • Custom domains

  • CRM or webhook integrations

You agree that third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Parichy is not responsible for their content, uptime, policies, restrictions, data handling, or service changes.

 

22. Intellectual Property

All Parichy branding, logos, designs, software, website content, QR systems, backend interfaces, templates, layouts, graphics, product concepts, and service materials belong to Parichy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute Parichy software or templates

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use Parichy branding without permission

  • Claim ownership over Parichy platform designs or systems

  • Misuse Parichy product names, logos, or content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the limited license granted to Parichy to operate the service.

 

23. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Hack, overload, scan, attack, or disrupt Parichy systems

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts

  • Upload malware, phishing links, or harmful files

  • Use Parichy for spam, scams, fraud, or impersonation

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Resell services without written authorization

  • Misrepresent Parichy’s relationship with any third party

  • Use Parichy services for illegal financial, medical, legal, or regulated activities without proper authorization

 

24. Suspension and Termination

Parichy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, profile, QR code, NFC product activation, or service if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • You upload unlawful or harmful content

  • Payment is pending or disputed

  • Your subscription expires

  • Your activity creates security or legal risk

  • Required information is false or incomplete

  • We receive a valid complaint or legal notice

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to profiles, analytics, forms, uploaded files, and backend features.

 

25. No Guarantee of Business Results

Parichy provides tools for digital identity, profile sharing, lead generation, product display, and customer engagement.

We do not guarantee:

  • Increase in sales

  • More leads

  • Better reviews

  • Higher website traffic

  • Search engine ranking

  • Customer conversion

  • WhatsApp orders

  • Social media growth

  • Appointment bookings

  • Business revenue

Business results depend on your offering, pricing, marketing, customer service, and market conditions.

 

26. Service Availability

We aim to keep Parichy services available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Services may be affected by:

  • Maintenance

  • Server downtime

  • Internet issues

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Cyberattacks

  • Payment gateway issues

  • Domain or DNS problems

  • Software bugs

  • Force majeure events

Parichy may modify, pause, update, replace, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

 

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parichy will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity

  • Failure of QR/NFC scanning due to device or third-party limitations

  • User-uploaded content

  • Third-party links or services

  • WhatsApp, Google, Meta, payment gateway, or courier issues

  • Incorrect information provided by users

  • Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence

  • Business loss caused by profile downtime or service interruption

Parichy’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parichy, its owners, employees, partners, vendors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of Parichy services

  • Your uploaded content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of law

  • Your misuse of customer data

  • Your infringement of third-party rights

  • Your products, services, orders, or customer disputes

  • Your WhatsApp Store, profile, catalogue, menu, or business page

 

29. Privacy

Your use of Parichy services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
