Order Processing


All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Customized products may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days

International Delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)


Shipping Charges


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking & Confirmation

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address.


Delivery Issues

If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the courier service first.

If the package is damaged, take clear photos and notify us at support@parichy.com within 48 hours.


Return Shipping (For Approved Exchanges Only)

If the exchange is due to a printing defect or wrong product, Parichy.com will cover the return shipping costs.

If the request is not eligible (e.g., customer error, device incompatibility), no return shipping will be provided.


Shipping Delays – No Refunds


Parichy.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Customs processing

Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
