ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our NFC products.
  2. Select the product type, quantity, and customization options.
  3. Upload your design or enter custom details.
  4. Proceed to checkout and make the payment.
    Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Absolutely! Most of our products support full customization. You can:

  • Upload your logo, image, or branding.
  • Choose color themes, fonts, and call-to-actions.
  • Add contact info, social links, and more for NFC cards.

If you need help with design, contact us and our team can assist.

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production. However, if you made a critical mistake (like uploading the wrong file), contact us within 1 hour and we’ll try our best to assist.

Yes! We offer bulk discounts and white-labeling for businesses, agencies, and resellers.

Shipping time:

  • India: 3–6 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country, which will be your responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
You can also track orders via the “My Orders” section in your account dashboard.

First, check with neighbors or your local courier. If you still don’t find it, contact the courier service and then reach out to us. We’ll assist you as best we can.

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges if:

  • The product has a printing defect.
  • You received a wrong product.
    You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
  1. Email arjav@parichy.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  2. We’ll verify and approve the request if it meets our Exchange Policy.
  3. A replacement will be sent at no extra charge.

No. As our products are personalized, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided in eligible cases only.

NFC (Near Field Communication) allows two devices to communicate wirelessly. Our NFC products can store and transmit digital info (like your business profile, contact card, link, or menu) when tapped by an NFC-enabled smartphone.

Most modern Android and iOS phones (iPhone 7 and above) support NFC.
To check:

  • Android: Go to Settings → Connection Preferences → NFC
  • iPhone: NFC is always on (iOS 13+)

Simply tap your NFC card on a compatible phone. A link will appear on the screen that redirects to your digital profile, vCard, or custom page. No app is needed for most devices.

Try the following:

  • Ensure your device supports NFC.
  • Enable NFC from your phone’s settings.
  • Tap near the top (iPhones) or middle/back (Androids) of the device.
  • Avoid using NFC near metal surfaces or thick cases.

Yes, for dynamic NFC products, you can update the profile anytime through your dashboard.
for Static as well as Card Link NFCs cannot be edited after programming.

  • Most of our NFC business cards and wearables have lamination or coating for durability.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or physical bending.

NFC chips are passive and maintenance-free, designed to last 5–10 years under normal usage conditions.
