Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
✅ Printing Defects – If the NFC product has any misalignment, incorrect colors, blurred prints, missing information, or other visible printing issues caused during production.
✅ Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong NFC business card design, incorrect NFC wearable, different NFC tag type, or incorrect specifications).
🚫 Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong design, text, or custom input errors).
- Any request made after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Minor color variations due to screen calibration differences.
- NFC chips that are functional but do not work due to the user’s device compatibility issues.
- General dissatisfaction without a defect (e.g., “I changed my mind,” “I don’t like it anymore”).
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔️ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔️ You must provide clear photos or videos showing the printing defect or incorrect product.
✔️ The NFC functionality should not be tampered with (e.g., scanning must still work).
✔️ Any custom NFC business card, wearable, or sticker must match the printing issue claim.
